Although our team did an outstanding job, unfortunately even with all of our hard work, we did not win any awards this year. Congratulations to Kansas, Hawaii, and Minnesota, who won ALL of the awards. This was a very tough challenge and we look forward to next year.

Today was a great day. Although we did not get to visit Arlington Cemetery (we worked on our presentation instead) we were able to visit the capitol and we did a walking tour of the monuments at night. Please visit our pictures to see our experiences.
Tomorrow is packed! we have to get up early and present our project in the morning. Wish us luck!

All checked in:
We are here in Washington, all checked in at the 4-H center. So far the accommodations are nice.
Today we had a wonderful tour of the NASA Goddard Space center. the team is tired, but we have had a very productive day. We will take a look at our presentation a little bit tonight, then off to bed.

I will try to think of everything you would like to know, and write it here. Let me know if you have questions...
- YOU MUST HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID TO TRAVEL. Do NOT forget your driver's license or ID Card.
- Please arrive at the airport by 4AM on Thursday.
- Please check Delta's website for travel tips. This includes allowable liquids, etc.
- Here is the link to the Final Agenda.
- You should bring some money for souvenirs, travel (food, etc) and ground transportation on Friday.
- As I understand it, Delta will allow you to check in 24 hours prior to your flight. In other words, anytime tomorrow. If you check in online, you can pay for baggage (and save $2). You will need your ETicket #, listed below. Of course you can check in at the airport on Thursday morning.
